5/5/12: Guests at this wedding & reception: 250. Color palette: royal blue, white, mauve. Gazebo curtains were installed to shade the 6:30pm ceremony. Royal blue and mauve ribbon streamers added color to the aisle chairs, shepard’s hooks and pomanders identified the family seating. Ribbon streamers were also added to every other chair for the reception – the bride and her parents delivered pre-cut ribbon strands and our staff tied 520 knots for this installation. Royal blue napkins added a bright pop of color to each table’s white linens. Officiant: Pastor Marshall, First Baptist Church; Harp: Susan Russell; DOC: Lois Ferguson; Rosetree Floral designed the personals, flower rings for lantern centerpieces, and also arranged groupings of submersed flowers w/ floating candles; Photographer: Ashley Munn; Videographer: Zach Morris; Caterer: Blanek’s; Reception entertainment: Elephants; Cakes: Lana Dunham. A sparkler departure in a horse and buggy wrapped up the evening.
5/6/12: Guests at this wedding & reception: 125. Color palette: navy, moss green and touches of yellow. A MINGLE AND PLAY EVENT. Officiant: Chris Smith; Ceremony music: Jake & Melanie Hebert; Caterer: JD’s Catering & Coffee; Reception Music: Eugene Kim; Photographer: Legacy Imaging; Cake: Debbie Dorris; Florals: jute-tied bunches of baby’s breath & solidago arranged by staff. Guests toasted with bottles of coca-cola served from galvanized tubs and wooden soda crates. Framed family wedding photos were displayed, along with engagement and bridal portraits. 5/20/12: 230 guests, 5:30pm wedding. Palette: khaki, sage green, cream, black, white, pink touches. Married under a chuppha with circular guest seating. Caterer & cupcakes: JD’s Coffee & Catering; Photographer-Kathryn Krueger; Videographer-Shari Corley
5/26/12: 75 guests. We used our crystal, mercury glass and purple hydrangeas for this one, with a theme of simple vintage garden elegance and lots of candlelight, simple elegance was easy to pull off with the inventory. Rosatti’s catered, Lana Dunham baked the cakes, and Tonia DeMaria was the DJ.
5/27/12: Although it was a Sunday, 160 guests partied until 1am. The FOB’s woodburned signage and cut-log candleholders added a personal element to the reception where mostly cocktail tables were used. A birthday cake was presented to the groom after midnight to celebrate his 25th.
